Seasonal Seeds Workshop

Seasonal Seeds was birthed from a contemplation around how we can best navigate seasonal transitions using the tools of Ayurveda, Yoga, movement and breath in community.

Transitions can be tricky, and we don’t have to do it alone.

Join Justine Miller & Erin Ward for Seasonal Seeds, a 4-week practice in community to explore the gifts and wisdom of nature’s transition.  With their combined experience of yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork, yoga nidra, and meditation, you’ll experience embodiment and a renewed sense of spirit to be more fully present within your days. As human beings, we are a reflection of nature and made of the same five elements: Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. The more we can cultivate a deeper listening and observing of nature’s rhythm, the more in rhythm we can be ourselves.
