    Coconut Oil

    Coconut oil helps protect from the free radicals that cause signs of aging such as fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots. As a cooling oil, it is beneficial to use during the summer months to both cool and hydrate dry skin.

    Chamomile

    Chamomile has been commonly used to calm and soothe acne, rashes, wounds, swelling, and dry skin. Emotionally, chamomile is calming, grounding, and can assist in easing anxiety and insomnia.

    Aloe Vera

    Our certified organic Aloe Vera is loaded with skin beneficial vitamins and minerals that are ideal for soothing and cooling the skin and is commonly used topically to treat sunburned skin, skin irritations, and inflammation. Aloe Vera infusions not only offer deep hydration but help repair and regenerates skin tissue.

    Neem

    The anti-bacterial properties of Neem assist with skin conditions such as acne, blackheads, and dryness. Neem has a naturally moisturizing effect and helps to balance the skin’s ph. Neem can help tonify the skin and help restore a youthful glow.

    MASSAGE BODY

    Warm the oil if desired and massage into the entire body. Let sit for up to 20 minutes before showering. The longer it sits the deeper it hydrates!

    Shower, allowing the warm water to transport the oil deeper into the tissues. Do not wash with soap and use warm water as hot water can aggravate and dry out the skin further.

    pat dry

    After showering, pat yourself dry leaving some oil on the skin to continue nourishing throughout the day. Be sure to thoroughly wash away any remaining oil off the shower floor with water and soap to prevent any slipping!

    WHEN TO USE

    Our Summer Body oil is most beneficial during the warm months to help cool and hydrate the skin. If your mind/body type or “dosha” is primarily Pitta and you have a tendency towards feeling hot and intense. If you are feeling sluggish.
