Our certified organic grass-fed ghee has a high smoke point and is perfect for high-heat cooking: sauteing, roasting, and searing.
Because we remove all of the dairy components of the butter, our ghee has a flashpoint of 485 degrees, superior to cooking with olive oil or coconut oil, it won’t burn and both taste and quality of the ghee won’t be compromised.
