Golden Light Paddle with Paddle Surf RI and Farmtrue

Greet the morning sun and glide on the Pawcatuck river with like minded folks in a peaceful morning ritual.  After the paddle, we’ll visit with Kim Welch, founder of the local Ayurvedic Lifestyle company, Farmtrue.  She’s going to be sharing her knowledge of Ayurveda, some simple tips and tricks to stay cool throughout the summer and how implementing some Ayurvedic principles this season can help prepare you for a healthy and happy fall and winter.  After the paddle, enjoy a warm cup of Farmtrue’s infamous Golden Milk Latte or a cool refreshing cup of their Iced Chai Tea Latte.  We can’t wait to connect!

• Introductory quick start, beautiful scenery, and tour of Pawcatuck River!
• After paddle, we’ll have a Q&A with Kim from Farmtrue around the importance of an Ayurvedic lifestyle throughout the summer and how it can help keep you healthy all fall and winter long
• Kim will be offering warm Golden Milk Lattes and Iced Chai Lattes for nourishment during our mindful discussion on the Paddle Surf Patio

Cancellation

Paddle Surf offers full refunds and rebooking on all surf and paddle activities that are canceled or rebooked 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and time. No refunds are given under 48 hours prior to your activity start. No rebooking under 24 hours prior to your activity start. You can rebook 24 hours before your activities scheduled start time for a 25% fee of the price paid. No exceptions!  Cancellation and rebook policies are strictly enforced as a courtesy to Paddle Surf Clients and Crew.  We appreciate your compliance!
