Humans have gathered in a circle for thousands of years to create, share, and connect in a magical yet simple way. Embrace this collective experience where we'll support each other in navigating life’s ups and downs. Join us for a Moon Circle, slow yoga, sound bath, meditation, and more! This is a time for you to pause from life’s busy ways and to embody the present. You can expect to release emotions and patterns, move stuck energy, share openly, and be guided through movement, meditation, and relaxation. We'll be featuring some Ayurvedic food and beverages to nourish your body as well as mind and spirit.

NOTES TO PARTICIPANTS

*Wear clothing that makes you feel good! We will be sitting on the floor so please consider that. We have a few extra blankets here at the Market, but encourage you to bring your own yoga mats, blankets, water bottles, blocks, pillows, bolsters, cozy socks, or anything for your comfort.

*If you'd like to attend the class, we ask that you register ahead of time so that we can plan appropriately. If we don't have at least 6 people per class, we can not execute, so registering ensures we can host the class! If the class minimum is not met within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time, we will cancel the class.
