Our Revive Ayurvedic Oil is formulated with lighter oils and infused with herbs that help enliven the body and mind, and alleviate the heavy, damp qualities of Spring or kapha dosha. Revive oil is balancing if you feel heavy, sluggish, uninspired, or cold.

How to Use:
Warm the oil first: place the whole bottle into a large mug of hot water to liquefy the oils. Before applying oil, gently dry brush your skin using our raw silk garshana gloves or dry washcloth. Then massage oil into your body using slow rhythmic strokes and circular motions. If you have time, let oil sit for up to 20 minutes, covering yourself to stay warm. Next, shower with warm water to transport the oil deeper into your skin, and rinse off any excess oil your body didn't absorb. Use natural soap as needed. Towel off and dress as usual. IMPORTANT: Wash your shower floor with hot water and soap after each use to prevent slipping.
