Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We handle returns on all items on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy with a satisfactory solution. If you are unsatisfied with your Farmtrue merchandise, please contact our team at info@farmtrue.com. Items that are marked as samples, final sales, free gifts, or promotional items with retail value, are non-refundable.
Edible Merchandise
We handle returns on edible items on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy with a satisfactory solution. Farmtrue will determine the validity of the return once the customer contacts our team and we reach an agreement. Refunds can be given minus any shipping fees associated with returning.
Non-Edible Merchandise
If you are unsatisfied with your Farmtrue merchandise purchase you may return or exchange your item within 14 days. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition for a refund. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning. Once your return is processed we will promptly issue a credit to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Any cancellation of an order must be done so within 12 hours of placing the initial order.
