SEASONAL RESET

Ayurveda recommends that you do a seasonal reset twice a year: once in the Fall and once in the Spring. In the Fall it supports you in releasing excess heat from the body and prepares your immune system, and in the Spring it helps to release excess that has accumulated from the heaviness of Winter.
