Domestic Shipping Policy

Farmtrue ships orders within the United States.  We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Shipment Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.  Shipments do not go out on weekends or holidays.  While promotions are being offered, there may be a delay due to a high volume of orders.  Delays also might be incurred due to weather or other factors that Farmtrue is not responsible for.

New England + Mid-Atlantic includes CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, and DC. All other contiguous US states fall under Continental US rates.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 413-324-9060 or info@farmtrue.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Farmtrue is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order with damaged merchandise, please contact our support team directly at 413-324-9060 or info@farmtrue to let us know. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and be prepared to provide photographic evidence of damages.
